- To encourage exchanging scientific experience, develop knowledge, skills, capabilities and respect professional conduct.
The percentage of expenditure on scientific research in Arab World and Middle East out of national income of such countries is the less in the world if it is compared to western world and East Asia.
So, it is our duty to ascend this industry: industry of scientific research, to the level which ensures for us a sort of scientific balance with what is going around us in West and East such as developing modern technological methods. This would grant us a good power by which we can face scientific challenges.
